Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Service
VSP Automation develops and tests WhatsApp-based business automation systems designed to help businesses respond to customer enquiries, provide information, and automate selected customer-service workflows.
2. Development and Testing Status
The service is currently primarily used for development and testing. Features, message flows, availability, and integrations may change as the project evolves.
3. Permitted Use
Users may interact with the service for ordinary enquiries, testing conversations, requesting available business information, and using enabled booking or contact workflows.
4. Prohibited Misuse
Users must not misuse the service, including by:
- Sending unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
- Attempting to access systems, accounts, data, or credentials without permission
- Submitting passwords, OTP codes, access tokens, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information
- Interfering with service operation, security, testing, or infrastructure
- Using the service to spam, harass, impersonate, or mislead others
5. Automated and AI-Generated Responses
Some responses may be generated automatically or with assistance from artificial intelligence systems. Automated or AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.
6. Accuracy Limitations
VSP Automation aims to provide useful responses, but it does not guarantee that every automated message is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a specific purpose.
7. Important Decisions
Users should confirm important information before relying on automated responses. Automated or AI-generated responses should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.
8. Availability and Service Interruptions
The service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, limited, or changed during development, testing, maintenance, or due to third-party platform issues.
9. Third-Party Platforms
The service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including WhatsApp / Meta. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta and WhatsApp's own terms, policies, and platform rules.
10. Experimental Features
No guarantee is made that experimental, testing, or preview features will always remain available or continue working in the same way.
11. Changes to the Service
VSP Automation may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the project develops or as operational requirements change.
