Privacy Policy

1. What Information May Be Processed

VSP Automation is currently a development and testing project for building and testing WhatsApp Business automation and AI-assisted customer-service systems using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API.

When someone communicates with a VSP Automation WhatsApp number, the system may receive information supplied by WhatsApp/Meta or provided during the conversation, including:

• WhatsApp phone number
• WhatsApp profile or display name, where available
• Message content
• Message timestamps
• Message identifiers
• Information voluntarily provided during the conversation
• Booking or contact information if the user chooses to provide it

This does not mean all of this information is permanently stored. Information may be processed as necessary to operate, test, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

2. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• Receive and respond to WhatsApp messages
• Answer enquiries
• Test and improve automation workflows
• Maintain conversational context where enabled
• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Provide requested business information or services
• Process booking or contact requests where enabled
• Prevent abuse and maintain system security

3. WhatsApp and Meta

The service uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API. Communications through WhatsApp are also subject to Meta and WhatsApp's own privacy practices, terms, and platform rules. VSP Automation does not control Meta or WhatsApp's independent processing of information.

4. AI Providers

Some versions of the service may use an external artificial intelligence provider to help generate responses. When AI functionality is enabled, relevant message content may be transmitted to the configured AI provider for processing.

During development and testing, users should avoid sending highly sensitive personal information, confidential business data, passwords, OTP codes, financial details, medical information, or other sensitive content through the service.

5. Data Storage

Information may be retained temporarily or as necessary for conversation context, testing, debugging, security, and providing requested functionality.

VSP Automation does not commit to a fixed retention period at this testing stage. Retention practices may change as the system develops, and unnecessary test data may be deleted.

6. Data Sharing

Personal information is not sold. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the service, including Meta / WhatsApp, hosting or infrastructure providers, and the configured AI provider when AI functionality is enabled.

7. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials, system access, and service infrastructure. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

8. User Choices and Deletion

Users may request deletion of information associated with their interaction by emailing virunap@gmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The service is not specifically designed for children. Users should not intentionally submit children's personal information through a development or testing environment.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the system and services develop. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
