Data Deletion Instructions

Requesting Deletion

If you want information associated with your WhatsApp interaction with VSP Automation deleted, follow the steps below.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Send an email to:
  2. Use the subject:
    VSP Automation Data Deletion Request
  3. Include:
    • The WhatsApp phone number used to contact the service
    • A short statement requesting deletion

Do Not Send Sensitive Information

Do not send passwords, OTP codes, access tokens, ID documents, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information with your request.

How Requests Are Handled

The request will be reviewed, and applicable data under VSP Automation's control will be deleted where technically and legally appropriate.

Some information may be processed or retained independently by third-party platforms such as Meta / WhatsApp according to their own policies. VSP Automation cannot delete information controlled solely by those third parties.
